PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Sheehan Gobin is the founder of Gobin Law, PLLC. He represents individuals, families, buyers, sellers, and property owners throughout Florida in matters involving estate planning, probate administration, and residential real estate.

Sheehan handles residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, prepares wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and deeds, and assists personal representatives and beneficiaries with probate administration. Sheehan takes the time to explain each step of the legal process, answer questions, and help clients understand their options before making important legal decisions.

EDUCATION

Sheehan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2008 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012. He was admitted to The Florida Bar later that year and has since focused his practice on estate planning, probate administration, and residential real estate law.

PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP

He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and previously served as President of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Palm Beach County.
